Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to streamlinexdata.com and to services provided by Streamline X Data, including custom AI software development, data analytics, dashboard development, workflow automation, fraud detection systems, consulting, and technical support.

1. Service Scope

Services are provided according to the written quote, proposal, statement of work, service agreement, WooCommerce order, or invoice accepted by the client. Any work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or additional invoice.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, required data access, system credentials, content, and approvals. Delays in client feedback or access may affect delivery timelines.

3. Payments

Payments may be collected as deposits, milestone payments, monthly support fees, consultation fees, or full invoice payments. Work may be paused if an agreed payment is overdue.

4. Digital Delivery

Deliverables may include software files, dashboards, reports, documentation, configured workflows, model outputs, deployed applications, access credentials, technical recommendations, or support sessions. Delivery is normally made through digital channels.

5. Revisions and Acceptance

Reasonable revisions are handled according to the agreed project scope. A deliverable may be considered accepted when the client approves it, uses it in production, or does not report material issues within the agreed review period.

6. Confidentiality and Data

Business data shared with Streamline X Data is used for service delivery, analysis, testing, support, and agreed project purposes. Clients should not share data they are not authorized to provide.

7. Third-Party Services

Some projects may rely on hosting providers, APIs, analytics platforms, payment processors, cloud services, software libraries, or client-owned systems. Third-party fees, account limitations, and service interruptions are outside our direct control unless specifically included in the written scope.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables is handled according to the written quote or service agreement. Streamline X Data may retain rights to pre-existing tools, reusable libraries, general methods, templates, and internal know-how unless otherwise agreed in writing.
