At Streamline X Data, we provide AI solutions, data analytics services, and financial/fintech software products. As our offerings are largely digital, non-tangible, and irrevocable, refunds are issued only under a specific set of terms. By purchasing our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. General Policy
All purchases of digital products, AI/analytics tools, and fintech services are final.
- Refunds are not granted for “change of mind,” unmet personal expectations, or incompatibility with third-party systems unless explicitly stated as supported.
- Any request for refund must be submitted within 7 days from the purchase date. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be honored.
2. Exceptional Circumstances Eligible for Refund
a) Non-Delivery of Product or Service
If you do not receive product access, credentials, or activation emails due to technical issues with your email provider, spam filtering, or server configuration.
Claims for non-delivery must be submitted in writing to our Billing Department within 7 days of purchase. Otherwise, the service/product will be deemed delivered.
b) Access, Download, or Activation Issues
If you experience issues accessing, downloading, or activating our product or service.
- You must contact our Technical Support Team within 5 days for resolution.
- Failure to seek assistance during this period may result in the assumption of successful delivery, with no further eligibility for refund.
c) Major Technical Defects
While all services and products undergo rigorous testing, unforeseen errors may occur.
- If a critical defect is confirmed, we will attempt to correct the issue within 72 hours.
- If correction is not possible, you may request a full refund or a replacement product/service of equal value.
- Our support team may request temporary access to your system/server. Refusal may delay or void eligibility for a refund.
d) Product or Service Not as Described
If the delivered product or service differs significantly from its description on our website.
Clear supporting evidence must be provided within 7 days of purchase. Claims based solely on customer expectations, preferences, or misunderstanding will not qualify.
3. Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Services already delivered (consultations, data reports, AI insights, etc.)
- Personal dissatisfaction where the product/service functions as described
- Compatibility issues with third-party software, APIs, or infrastructure not listed in our specifications
- Promotional, discounted, or bonus items provided in collaboration with partners
- Subscription renewals after the initial billing cycle
4. Refund Request Procedure

Requests must include:
- Order number / transaction ID
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, logs, error messages, etc.)
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Copyright Waiver (for Intellectual Property)
Where applicable, a refund may require a Waiver of Copyright signed by you, confirming that you will no longer use, share, or retain any materials, software, or datasets provided under the original purchase.
